Dottie has 18 years experience in the talent management industry working to grow the career transition business from its inception. She has worked with numerous candidates helping them transition to new careers. In most recent years Dottie has contributed to the development of the Leadership institute and Search Services Division of the company. She has expertise in successfully administrating the operational side of the business including technology, financial and project management. Prior to joining Career Partners International, Dottie was an office Manager for Latrobe Steel and contributed to the growth of a start up company in the medical apparatus industry.
Dottie is a member of The National Association of Women Business Owners and served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). As a mentor for the Woman2Woman Mentoring Program sponsored by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Dottie has been able to help others realize their goals.
Through the University at Buffalo School of Management she has completed the Executive Development Program in Leadership. She has an Associates Degree in Secretarial Science and has earned accreditation as a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS).

Mark Weigel has earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, plus advanced training in management and marketing. He has also completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina. Mark had a successful career of over twenty years in the food and beverage industry rising to the position of vice president of sales and marketing.
Mark is past President of the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of Western New York and President of the Town of Clarence Baseball Association. He is a former two-term President of the Food Industry Sales Executives of Western New York and served as that organization's Chairman in 1995. Mark joined CPI/RWCA in 2000.

Nick has been helping individuals transition to new opportunities especially those at the executive level. His coaching style consists of equal parts of counseling, mentoring, and confronting with a coaching value proposition of "success isn't about setting goals; it is about achieving them".
For 20 years Nick has worked in management and executive positions in the property and casualty insurance industry and for the last 14 years, in senior executive positions in the professional services industry, specializing in executive coaching and career coaching. Nick's work experience has demonstrated leadership and management expertise in both varied industries and functional environments.
Nick's formal educational background includes Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D. degrees. He is an adjunct professor, teaching graduate courses in business and which had a major component involving coaching. He is a certified coach and a mentor coach. He meets the minimum coach-specific training, coaching experience, and number of client requirements for the International Coach Federation's Master Certified Coach designation. He is certified or qualified in many individual and 360 assessment instruments.

Todd A. Nicholas

 Todd received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1986. Following college, he completed GE's two-year Manufacturing Management Program and over the next 10 years held positions of increasing responsibility within GE culminating with roles as Manufacturing Manager & Supplier Quality Manager at GE Transportation Systems in Erie, PA. Todd had a significant role in GE's successful ISO 9001 certification program, was trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and received corporate management awards for Inventory Management, New Program Implementation, and Organizational Leadership.
Todd was also intimately involved with GE's corporate training and recruiting initiatives. Annual activities included conducting week-long professional development sessions at Crotonville, GE's executive management training facility and leading GE's Technical Leadership Program for which he also received corporate recognition.
As 1998 ended Todd made a career change and founded his own career services firm in the Buffalo area specializing in resume development, career counseling, interview training, and placement services. He accepted the position of Career Transition Counselor and Coach for RW Caldwell in January 2003.

Diane K. Robinson

 Diane Robinson earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire in Manchester, NH.. Diane had a successful career with a Fortune 500 CPG company for over 25 years. Diane worked her way up the management ladder from a Retail Sales Representative to a Regional Sales Manager. On the climb she was asked to relocate several times starting in Boston to Buffalo to Chicago to San Francisco where she pioneered the Western Territory for the company, then east to Cleveland and back to Buffalo.
As the first female Region Sales Managers she was used as a role model, often being asked to recruit and mentor future women employees. Her unique blend of professional and personal life as a business professional, wife and mother allowed her to act in this capacity. Building on this experience, Diane decided to join Career Partners International/RWCA and forge a new career path by leading the Search Services Division. Diane has interviewed, hired and managed personnel at both the direct and indirect level. These experiences would include dealing with entry level positions to CEO/owners of large brokerage houses. Her acquired skill set and experience allow her to provide a wealth of knowledge as individuals make a change in their career path.

 John has a strong background in Career Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Outplacement Consulting, Teambuilding, Customer Service, and Energizing of Staff & Volunteers.
Born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, John has spent most of his life in western New York. He earned a BA from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Following college, John held the position of Vice President Corporate Banking with Fleet Bank, Manufacturers Hanover, Marine Midland Bank, and Bank of Akron.
John is active in the Society of Human Resource Management , Past President/Treasurer of Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary, Past President of the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, Member of TEC Associates, Director for the Erie County Fair, an alumnus of Leadership Buffalo 2001 and a Docent at the historical Octagon House in Akron, N.Y. As a member of Clarence Church of Christ, John is a teacher and chairman of the Mission team. John has participated on a number of short-term mission trips to Central America (Nicaragua and Puerto Rico), and Africa (Kenya). John and his wife Flora were honored as Citizens of the Year 2000, by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce. In the same year, John was honored as the Outstanding Volunteer for the Society of Human Resource Management.
John is a certified facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Otto Kroger Associates, 1991), Think On Your Feet (McLuhan Davies Communications, 1998) and DiSC (Inscape Publishing, 2002).

Laurel joined Career Partners International/RW Caldwell in 2003. She resides in Fredonia and is our "extended arm" to the Southern Tier. Laurel coordinates counseling services with our client companies in southern Erie County and northern Pennsylvania.
With an advanced degree in teaching and counseling from St. Bonaventure University. Laurel brings several years of expertise enhancing her ability to guide candidates through the process of career transition. She spent several years with John Hancock Mutual Insurance Company as a Career Development Speicalist in Boston, Massachusetts creating the company's first career counseling center. Upon returning to the Dunkirk/Fredonia area Laurel has established herself as a career counselor working with professionals and students alike.
