The Coaching Consortium of WNY
Coaching is a collaborative relationship between an individual, the organization, and the coach. It is delivered by CPI/RWCA's consortium of coaches on three levels: Executive, Promotional and Remedial
Coaching seeks to facilitate individual development or improve individual performance in the interest of meeting specifically defined business objectives. It is a relationship based on trust, open communication, and confidentiality. It is always designed to meet specific needs of the organization and the individual being coached. Ross Blake Ross has designed and delivered team, leadership, conflict resolution, coaching, facilitation, and other skills training. With fifteen years experience as a management consultant and trainer, Ross has completed a number of consulting and executive coaching assignments serving a variety of clients in high technology, food, pharmaceutical, durable goods, and other manufacturing and education. |

Nicholas J. Boccolucci, Ph.D. Nick has worked in management and executive positions in the property &
casualty insurance industry for 20 years and for the last 14 years, in
senior executive positions in the professional services industry,
specializing in executive coaching and career coaching. Nick's work
experience has demonstrated leadership and management expertise in both
varied industries and varied functional environments. He has held senior
executive positions, several with full P&L responsibility.
Nick's formal educational background includes Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D.
degrees. He is an adjunct professor, teaching graduate courses in business
and which had a major component involving coaching. He is a certified coach
and a mentor coach. Coaching value proposition, "success isn't about setting
goals; it is about achieving them". Nick's coaching style consists of equal
parts of counseling, mentoring, and confronting. |

Rosanne T. Dee Rosanne has designed and implemented programs and procedures for a wide variety of clients in the Northeast United States. She brings twenty-five years of management experience, including ten years as a senior human resource manager for a fast growth manufacturing company. Executive coaching, design and delivery of team training, organizational assessment and development, creation and career planning are a few examples of the diverse experience of this lead consultant.

Sharon D. Randaccio Sharon has twenty years of senior management experience in the financial services industry in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, business development, human hesources, sales and marketing, retail banking and no-for-profit relationships. She has had P&L responsibility for several businesses and significant business turnaround experience. Through her diverse experience and focus on the "bottom line", she is able to quickly assess the dynamics of a situation and provide valuable solutions for success. She is a practical, no nonsense coach. |

Judi Spear Judi has worked for a Fortune 50 company for sixteen years and has more than two decades of experience in the corporate world. She works with for-profit and not-for-profit clients in manufacturing, the food industry, automotive & financial services, technology, education, the arts, health care, and human services. In addition to her executive coaching work, Judi serves as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer. Judi is certified in a range of personality and behavioral inventories and the Emotional Competencies Inventory (‘EQ’), popularly known as ‘emotional intelligence’. |

Alan G. Weinstein Alan Weinstein is an executive coach and has worked with CEOs, college professors, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Alan received his Ph.D in Industrial Psychology from Wayne State University. In 1990 Alan founded the Center for Entrepreneurship and in 1992 he founded the Institute for Family Business. Combined, these organizations have helped over 100 entrepreneurs and family businesses in Western New York to be more competitive, grow, and effectively manage change. Dr. Weinstein has facilitated several not-for-profit organizations in strategic planning and has received many awards for his work. His experience involves individuals and firms covering many different industries throughout Western New York. | |
