Development of employees can take many forms. At CPI/RWCA we most often customize training programs to meet the needs of client companies. This approach is in contrast to "off the shelf" or "one size fits all" programs that are delivered en masse from company to company or employee group to employee group.
Collaborating with corporate managers, CPI/RWCA's trainers identify specific needs and then develop a program to address them. Most of the programs highlighted in the following screens were originally developed this way. While these programs can be pulled "off the shelf" for your organization, more often they form the basis from which a new program, targeted to newly identified needs, is designed.
