Description:  Minimum of 3 - 5 years of supervision experience in Accounts Payable or similar enviroment.

Accounts Payable Supervisor supports the accoutns payable needs and requirements of the company. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Direct supervision of A/P staff, and working knowledge of all AP functions.
* Maintain a high volume payables desk to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
* Research and solve vendor accounts discrepancies, and statement reconcillation
* Knowledge of Accounts Payable interface with general ledger
* Ability to perform computations with a reasonable speed and accuracy.
Requirements:  Candidates must be a self motivator who sets and achieves high standards. Must be detailed oriented and work effectively independently or as a member of a team. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced high volume enviroment. Above average customer service, communication and organizational skills, data entry and analytical skills required. Microsoft Office experience with a high proficiency with Excel is required.

Position:  CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

The Chief Accountant position will involve all aspects of accounts, treasury, audit control,annual reporting, system control and supervision. The C/A ensures that daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting functions are preformed in the General Ledger and performing various accounting tasks necessary to maintain meaningful and accurate financial records in compliance with established internal and external policies and regulations.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Management of the AP and AR functions
* Maintaining fixed asset records, Handling financial-related audits, Researching financial data inquiries, Preparation of Financial Statements, Reporting Expense Budgets versus Acutal Comparisons
* Duties will also include: preparing various financial reports; general bookkeeping & journal entry prepartaion, developing accounting procedures and policies; and training and cross training department employees
* Planning, assigning, directing and monitoring work flow; participating in cross functional teams as needed; assisting and collabrating with organizational managers on accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:  Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience including prior management experience and experinece working with a multiple location enviroment at a publicly traded company. This position requires knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
