Outplacement Services - Career Transition Programs
Group Job Search Workshop Group workshops are usually provided for hourly or non-exempt level employees where many are being affected by a reduction-in-force. The workshop is designed to teach job search techniques, assist them in developing a market driven resume, prepare them for job interviews, and more. The Job Search Workshop is conducted in our conference room or in another training facility agreeable to the sponsoring organization.
Following the workshop, telephone or e-mail consultation and/or scheduled meetings with a counselor are provided until each participant secures employment. Program highlights include the following:
