Talent Acquisition (Search) Services
Even when you get a large stack of resumes in response to a recruitment advertisement, the time it takes to find the best candidate can be overwhelming. Here is a minimum amount of time it takes to source your number one candidate:
An Alternative Answer Take back those twenty-plus hours to run your business and let the Search Services experts at Career Partners International / RW Caldwell Associates manage the candidate pre-screening and evaluating in order to identify and present you the top two candidates. CPI/RWCA will save you time so that you can focus on your core business issues and meeting your company goals. Our Approach Our mission is to be the leader in the Search Services industry. We will accomplish this while maintaining our core beliefs which include our integrity, values, ethics, and client-focused discipline. Our objective is to create the best fit between the candidates we place and our corporate clients who trust us with their business. We choose not to specialize in one industry or function. Rather, we fill those key positions that move across many industries and strengthen any corporate environment. Once we know the corporate client, its culture and needs, the recruiters at CPI/RWCA search for qualified candidates three ways. First, we consult our resume files (including outplacement files) and computer databases. Next, we advertise in industry-specific media, relevant web sites, and general publications as appropriate. Finally, and possibly most important, we network through our extensive body of corporate and individual relationships developed over twenty years in business. We look not only to people who are employed, but also to those who are between careers knowing that normal corporate turnover produces a great deal of highly experienced talent. Along the way we are consistently evaluating all prospective candidates against the criteria developed with our corporate client. Although dozens, sometimes hundreds, of applicants are routinely screened from all sources, typically three to five survive "the cut" and are presented to the client company. The client then conducts final interviews and makes the hiring decision from among the "best of the best." Success in the recruitment process begins with knowing you, our client. That's why our first step is always to learn about your business, your culture and values, your people, and seek to identify that intrinsic quality that makes your organization unique. Only when we're comfortable with that knowledge will we begin searching for the right person(s) to fit your needs. Our process is simple: Listen. Understand. Execute.
